Dewberry is currently seeking responsible, highly motivated, and detail oriented individuals to join our Mount Laurel, NJ office as a Surverying Intern for Summer 2026. An Intern Surveyor must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey crew assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA, topographic, right-of way acquisition, transmission line, transportation, land development and construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology.

- Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations
- Ensure safekeeping of equipment
- Ensure that vehicles are supplied and kept in an orderly fashion ready for duty
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering, GIS, or Planning
- Previous internship experience is a plus
- Must have good Mathematical skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check
- Must be physically able to work outdoors and on construction sites under all weather conditions; able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Salary Range: $17.75 - $28.75
Summer Intern Program
During the summer intern program, interns gain hands-on project experience, develop technical skills, and put their classroom knowledge into action. Our interns are assigned meaningful work and are given the opportunity to work on projects similar to what they would be engaging with as a full-time employee.
