Dewberry's Architecture team is seeking an energetic Job Captain to join our Denver, CO office.

Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. The insurance package includes: medical, dental, vision, and supplemental life. Additional insurances, at no cost to the employee: life (employee only), accidental death and dismemberment, business travel and accident, and short- and long-term disability are also provided. A designer works under supervision of the Project Architect and/or Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a keen ability to translate design intent into drawings. An ability to communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate is paramount. Qualified candidates should possess strong organizational skills, an ability to formulate, research and ask pertinent questions, and the initiative to take on design or technical challenges. Working as part of a small team, the Designer will have exposure to the full architectural process.

Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture from an accredited university required
• 5 years of experience
• Strong design skills and a desire to develop technical expertise
• Must be proficient in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Rendering abilities and graphic experience a plus
• Preferably LEED AP and knowledge of sustainable design principles

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.

The projected range for this position is $81,000-$105,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
