We are looking for a detail-oriented Professional Accountant (Billing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in billing operations, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and month-end closing activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing operations, revenue transactions, and billing adjustments.
- Support month-end closing, AR reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Review contracts and ensure accurate billing setup.
- Support audits, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
✅ 1–3 years of accounting experience
✅ Minimum 2 years of billing experience
✅ Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and accounts receivable
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and queries)
✅ Oracle Financial Systems experience preferred
✅ Salesforce experience is a plus
