Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in overseeing daily tasks within the growing facility.
- Lead small teams to complete urgent jobs and production tasks.
- Support the Team Leader in planning and organizing the week.
- Work closely with the Grower to ensure tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Help coordinate team members on the floor and support smooth daily workflow.
- Plan, lead, organize, and control daily activities as needed.
- Support other areas or locations when help is needed.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Lead by example and help maintain high standards for quality and efficiency.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work extended hours as required by the season.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and evenings when required by workload.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
