We’re hiring a Creator Customer Experience Manager to help scale and elevate the experience creators have across the Devotion ecosystem.
You’ll work at the intersection of creator operations, customer experience, and AI-enabled workflows, helping ensure creators feel supported, informed, and excited to participate in the communities we build.
You’ll work closely with product, operations, and strategy teams to improve workflows, refine communication systems, and help scale high-touch creator support through AI systems, internal tooling, and human-in-the-loop automation.
Build and manage the creator support infrastructure powering communication across email, SMS, and social for thousands of creators
Maintain and refine brand tone of voice, ensuring all creator communication feels clear, on-brand, and culturally aligned
Resolve creator questions, coordinate gifting logistics, and manage escalations with speed, empathy, and attention to detail
Hire, train, and manage a global team of creator support and CX operators
QA creator-facing automations and AI-powered workflows for tone, clarity, and accuracy
Work alongside product and engineering to help train, QA, and improve internal AI agents powering creator communication and support workflows
Document CX systems and drive operational improvements in collaboration with product and engineering
Capture creator feedback and surface insights that help improve product, workflows, and community strategy
Use and help shape internal AI tools to make high-touch creator support more scalable and efficient
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experienced managing and training customer experience, support, or operations teams in fast-paced environments
Familiar with creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, or customer support for consumer-facing brands
Comfortable using AI tools and workflows to increase leverage, improve operational efficiency, and support high-volume creator interactions
Detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and committed to delivering premium creator experiences
Highly organized and capable of managing large volumes of communication without sacrificing quality
Comfortable working US business hours from any location
Help define a new model for community-driven growth at the intersection of creators, AI, and consumer brands
Work directly with founders who helped build TikTok’s creator ecosystem and a $100M consumer brand
Play a central role in shaping how thousands of creators experience the brands we partner with
