Devoted Health Services is a growing outpatient behavioral health organization providing evidence-based mental health counseling, recovery-focused care, and community reintegration support for adults throughout New Jersey.

Duties
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LPC will provide outpatient psychotherapy services through telehealth or hybrid service delivery models.
The clinician will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and collaborate with recovery specialists and care coordinators to support positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Services
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy
- Deliver services through telehealth or hybrid care models
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Support client engagement, stabilization, and recovery goals
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with agency and payer requirements
- Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an LCSW or LPC with current state certification or licensing credentials.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, behavioral therapy, social work, or related fields within outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems, medical terminology, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and documentation.
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and delivering services via telehealth experience preferred.
- Ability to handle cases involving addiction recovery

Pay: $49.00 - $65.00 per hour
