We build custom IT solutions, CRM/ERP systems, and advanced business automation software, helping companies escape manual spreadsheet chaos and scale through efficient digital architecture. We are looking for a strategic outbound partner who knows how to spot business inefficiencies, hook decision-makers, and bring high-ticket opportunities to the table.
What We Offer (The Compensation):- High commission percentage (% of closed deals). Because we build custom, high-ticket software and automation solutions, a single contract translates into a substantial payout for you. There is no income ceiling.
- Full autonomy over your tools, lead lists, and outreach strategy—as long as it drives qualified calls.
- Full technical backing. You don't need to pitch complex software architecture. Your sole focus is to spark interest, uncover the client’s operational pain points, and book an Intro Call with our technical expert.
- Independently source, score, and qualify high-value prospects (Decision Makers: CEOs, COOs, CTOs, Founders) in the United States.
- Build and execute hyper-personalized outbound strategies, focusing primarily on LinkedIn and Cold Email.
- Deeply analyze prospect profiles and company structures to identify signs of manual work, operational bottlenecks, or tech debt where automation can save them money.
- Engage in value-driven, human-to-human communication (zero generic spam).
- Qualify prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and book them onto our calendar.
- 1.5–2 years of Lead Generation / SDR experience EXCLUSIVELY in the IT sector (custom software development, business automation, CRM/ERP integration). You must speak the language of tech and understand the difference between custom engineering and off-the-shelf SaaS.
- Proven track record with the US market. You deeply understand American business culture, communication etiquette, and decision-making triggers.
- Fluent written English (C1/C2). Your writing must be sharp, compelling, and completely natural. Generic ChatGPT-style copy will not work for our target audience.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly/Lemlist, CRMs, and email verification tools.
- ABM Mindset: Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing—focusing on highly targeted, quality outreach over raw volume.
