As a Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), You Will Put Resident Service First And Ensure That Residents And Their Families Receive The Highest Quality Care. Under The Direction Of a Registered Nurse, You Will Deliver a Full Range Of Nursing Care. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To
- Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
- Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident's physical and emotional status.
- Medication administration.
- Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have
- LVN / LPN with current licensure to practice in the state
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice To Have
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
