Put Safety and Compliance first in every aspect of their day as a Devon Lease Operator. As a Lease Operator, the focus remains on prioritizing safety and compliance in all activities. The operator conducts operational assessments of assigned wells, equipment, facilities, ensuring the submission of daily assessment reports on well production, equipment performance, and maintenance activities. The role involves executing production tests, monitoring minor subsurface well maintenance (non-BOPE jobs), and ensuring the maintenance of company equipment. The operator maintains regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance and assists in oversight of operational tasks at lease sites, prioritizing projects, and making recommendations for optimization.

Education:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education is required.

Industry experience is preferred.

Certifications:

• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification (preferred)
