Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, highly capable professional to serve as a right hand to the principals. This role blends executive support, operational oversight, research, and strategic coordination. This is not a traditional administrative position. This is a high-trust, high-impact role.
What You Will Do
Executive Support
- Serve as direct support to the principals in daily decision-making and execution
- Manage complex calendars, priorities, and information flow
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Draft professional communications, investor materials, and summaries
Administrative Oversight
- Ensure accounting, property management, and legal items stay on schedule
- Track compliance, vendor documentation, and reporting deadlines
- Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, consultants, and property managers
Strategic Support
- Conduct research on markets, financing structures, tax considerations, vendors, and service providers
- Prepare concise briefing memos and decision summaries
- Assist with data compilation, and presentation materials
- Support new initiatives and special projects from concept through execution
Office & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain organized digital systems and document structures
- Monitor shared inboxes and flag critical items
- Track invoices, vendor files, COIs, W-9s, and utility accounts
- Ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally

Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in executive support/operations in real estate
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience working directly with senior leadership
- Real estate, finance, or family office experience is a must
- Must be able to work on-site in Weehawken, NJ
