Key Responsibilities
- Manage People Experience projects from planning through delivery while coordinating with global and regional teams.
- Support communication plans for major people initiatives and ensure clear, accessible information for colleagues.
- Drive engagement through culture programs, colleague groups, toolkits, presentations, and surveys.
- Maintain and improve systems, tracking, processes, and KPIs for all People Experience activities.
- Partner with regional teams to translate culture and leadership concepts into actionable initiatives.
- Provide inputs for RFPs and support internal and external communications as required.

- Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency.
Salary : $50 - $65
