Precast Project Manager
DeVita & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a desire to become specialized in the precast/prestressed concrete design industry, a passion for quality, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage precast design teams to deliver high-quality drafting solutions on multiple projects, on budget.
- Oversee project schedules, team assignments, and quality control for structural work.
- Coordinate technical requirements with clients, engineers, designers, and other disciplines.
- Support pricing, proposals, and business development efforts for the Precast Division.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure excellence in performance.
- Design and review structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities, including steel, concrete, and masonry.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
- B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with REVIT and TEKLA a plus.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
