What Youll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse and dynamic team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership
- Collaborate with team members in both front- and back-of-house operations
- Manage financial performance, including sales analysis, labor, COGS, and inventory
- Uphold rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Drive the success of new store openings (NSO) with expertise and energy
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Financial acumen, including P&L and expense management
- Valid food handler certification
- Ability to work in environments that include exposure to shellfish allergens
