Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure strong service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Hire, train, coach, and retain managers and hourly team members
• Build a positive culture and maintain consistent standards and accountability
• Own financial performance: sales growth, labor, cost controls, and P&L results
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all health/safety regulations

Qualifications
