Summary: Devine, Macungie is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Center Director to support the Center Director in managing the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the center runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support.
- Facilitate communication between staff, clients, and parents to ensure a cohesive environment.
- Support in implementing and monitoring programs and activities to ensure they meet the center's standards and objectives.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance and support to staff and families.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety regulations.
Required Skills:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in a childcare or educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Pay Range
$42,000 - $47,000 USD

What We Need from You:
Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
