Duties
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Manage cash handling with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store organized and inviting
- Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential
