Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee remote customer service agents
- Walk agents through app downloads, setup, and technical steps
- Monitor performance and quality standards
- Provide coaching, training, and workflow guidance
- Ensure accurate, efficient support for all incoming client calls and emails
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and technical navigation skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, supervising, or coaching teams
- A minimum of 3 years of Customer service or call-center background
- Able to work onsite while managing a remote team
