Job Overview
This role focuses on sourcing new business, guiding applicants through the loan process, and ensuring excellent service throughout each transaction. You will work closely with business owners, referral partners, and internal teams to meet production goals while building strong community and member relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Source, develop, and manage commercial lending opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and local business partners
- Process loan applications and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage an existing commercial loan portfolio
- Provide guidance on commercial products, services, and market trends
- Cross-sell financial products as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 3 years of commerical business lending experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and regulations
- Proven success in a sales or production-driven financial environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
