Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll using QuickBooks.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with month-end financial reporting.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
- Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, vendor relations, and billing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, managing calendars, and providing support to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
