Field Sales Professional

Job Details:

• Compensation: $70,000$90,000 per year (weekly draw pay uncapped commissions bonuses)

• Schedule: MondayFriday (weekends as needed)

• Location: Business-to-business, in-person

As a Field Sales Professional, you will:

• Challenge the status quo and identify new business opportunities in your territory.

• Build deep, meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.

• Present tailored supplemental insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.

• Drive sales while maintaining integrity, transparency, and focus on client needs.

• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)

• 5 years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
