Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, buffing, and interior cleaning to meet high-quality standards
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to ensure vehicles are spotless and presentable
- Assist with vehicle movement around the lot, including parking, staging, and retrieval to support smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining services, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and organizing supplies
- Support additional custodial tasks like window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs as needed to enhance vehicle appearance
- Follow safety protocols during all detailing processes to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with car wash procedures and detailing techniques such as buffing and interior cleaning
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices to maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for moving vehicles around the lot
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in vehicle presentation
- Basic understanding of automotive care services like window tinting (nice-to-have)
