We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Welder to join our production team and help us maintain our reputation for precision and durability.
Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Welding: Perform high-quality MIG/Stick welding on structural steel, rebar, and industrial components.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and AWS weld symbols to ensure precise assembly.

Material Prep: Cut, grind, and prep steel surfaces; operate plasma cutters and saws as needed.

Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. Operate forklifts or overhead cranes to move heavy materials safely.
Qualifications

Experience: 2 years of welding/fabrication experience in a shop or manufacturing environment.

Certifications: AWS certification is highly preferred (or the ability to pass a weld test upon hire).

Technical Skills: Proficient in reading a tape measure and using various metalworking hand tools.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
