Duties
- Perform manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extension services with precision and artistry
- Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match clients’ preferences and trends
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items or beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Keep detailed records of services provided and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Skills
- Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and current trends in the beauty industry
- Proficiency in applying gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and performing pedicures
