About the Role:

The William Penn School District, in partnership with the Devereux Center for Effective Schools, is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and secondary Emotional Support (ES) programs. This 10month position focuses on providing high quality behavioral consultation, assessment, training, and program development grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to improve outcomes for students with emotional and behavioral disorders.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide classroom consultation on behavior supports and classroom management
• Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior support plans
• Deliver staff and family training
• Support program development and data‑based decision making
• Coach staff and ensure fidelity of behavior plans
• Provide supervision to ABA trainees (as eligible)

The Devereux Center for School-Based Mental Health Services provides comprehensive, school-based mental health services to support the emotional and behavioral health and well-being of students. Our services include individual and group counseling, behavioral consultations and classroom support, as well as evidence-based screenings and short-term interventions.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
• The ideal candidate will have their BCBA certification
• Must have relevant behavioral experience.
