Located in Newfoundland, PA, Devereux Pocono provides programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze treatment data, behavioral trends, and incident reports
- Identify patterns (e.g., recurring behaviors, compliance gaps) and share insights with the Quality Management Director
- Conduct pre-inspection site visits and support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety activities (including fire drills and required inspections)
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives using data tools such as Power BI and QCG dashboards
- Complete Certified Investigator training requirements

Education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- A high school diploma with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare quality management, including direct care experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, quality improvement principles, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, project management, and facilitation skills
- Strong data collection and analysis abilities using computer applications
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make sound independent decisions
