What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Shift Lead position at Devenish Nutrition LLC?
The Production Shift Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of production during their assigned shift. This includes directing staff, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. The Shift Lead serves as the on-site point of contact for employee questions and issues and works closely with the Plant Manager to address equipment, personnel, and production matters.
Workdays/Hours: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday) 6am to 2pm (Includes (2) 20-minute paid breaks)
Pay increase potential in the 1st year (totaling $1.00/hour) during quarterly reviews on performance, accuracy, punctuation and good attendance ($0.25 per quarter)
Pay: $19.50 to $23.00 per hour (Depending on feedmill and leadership experience)

Must be able to repeatedly lift, drag, and pull up to 50-75lbs.
Excellent attendance record is a must. Longevity at previous job is a plus.
Training will be provided in the following skill sets: record keeping, computer controls, forklift use, etc.
Experience:
- Leadership/Supervisor: 3 year (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 3 year (Preferred)
- Animal Nutrition / Feedmill: 3 year (Preferred)
Salary : $20 - $23
