As an Assistant Director of Nursing / Residential Nurse, you help ensure individuals receive safe, coordinated, and compassionate health care services. This role blends leadership and hands‑on nursing support, including health care coordination, training staff, responding to medical needs, and supporting the Nursing team. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and monitor health care services to ensure individuals’ medical needs are met
- Develop and update health care plans, medication supports, and nursing documentation
- Train and support staff on medications, infection control, and health‑related practices
- Participate in on‑call rotation, respond to medical concerns, and step in to support care as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana nursing license
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills, with a calm and compassionate approach
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and comfort working flexible hours when needed
