Position: BCBA Supervisor

Job Types: Full-time or Part-Time on going services with temporary Telehealth 

Pay: Starting 43  (upon experience and availability)

ABOUT:

Developmental Pathways is a service provider that provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adults. We strive to create individualized treatment plans to increase the functional behaviors of our clients diagnosed with Autism Disorder, Asperger Disorder, developmental delays and other related disorders. We use various assessment software to assist to make assessment for each client easy individualized. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will become part of our team to collaborate with you to grow together to create the best treatment intervention for each client.

WE NEED

· BCBA

· Experience with programming, successfully developing and implementing intervention programs based on ABA; doing FBA’s, writing BIPs

· Self-management, organizational skills

· Highly motivated

· Can work independently; detail oriented

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Must have reliable car, valid Driver’s License, proof of car insurance

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Uses best practices for all procedures

. Conduct Remote session by Zoom Telehealth (only during COVID-19)

· Supervise Program Managers for 3 tier supervision cases

· Train BIs for behavior specific needs per case

· Follows work ethics (by the BACB), professional conduct

· Conduct VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS and other assessment methods

· Conducts functional behavior assessments and behavioral assessments as needed for progress reports

· Creates individualized programming

· Integrates the most recent research in individualized intervention programs

· Records data and manages data collection by behavior interventionists

· Manages correspondence with clients
