For new hires that are not certified, we will pay for training and provide supervision leading to certification as an RBT. Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Our services require us all to work as a team, so we work hard to creatively recognize the work of all our members!
Working as an RBT can be a career level job, provide a chance to gain experience in behavioral health prior to attending graduate school, or be a stepping stone to more advanced careers in psychology. Some of our RBT’s work as technicians while attending graduate school aimed at becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other psychology fields.
