Requirements:
Essential Functions:
- Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
- Monitor child’s progress on treatment goals and make data-based decisions
- Provide feedback to RBTs on clinical implementation
- Understand medical necessity criteria and any ongoing updates
- Provide family treatment guidance as necessary
- Be an active participant in all collaboration and/or stakeholder meetings
- Cover direct sessions if needed
- Meet BACB and best practices supervision requirements

Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB
- Licensed, or Licensure eligible, Behavior Analyst through the Az Board of Psychologist Examiners
- Pass required background checks
- Possess a fingerprint clearance card
