Physical Therapist (Early Intervention) | 4-Day Work Week
Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Job Type: Full-Time
Physical Therapist (PT) – Early Intervention
Join DDRC as a Physical Therapist (PT) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on physical therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $86,250/year
- 4-day work week
- Medical insurance ($30/month, 100% coverage after $750 deductible)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy in home and community settings.
- Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model.
- Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans).
- Partner with families to support child development and communication skills.
- Maintain documentation for compliance and billing.
Qualifications
- BS in Physical Therapy, Master's in Physical Therapy preferred.
- Colorado license
- Knowledge of:
- Developmental disabilities and developmentally appropriate practices and interventions related to the birth‑to‑three population.
- Transdisciplinary and primary provider practices.
- Family dynamics and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of individuals in a professional service setting.
- Familiarity and competence with the Global Outcomes Process
