This position involves providing clinical consultation and supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses while collaborating closely with Program Directors to ensure adherence to nursing regulations and person-centered practices. The Director of Nursing will also assist in the administrative oversight of Licensed Professional Nurses, contributing to medical planning for assigned caseloads by conducting assessments and delivering accurate medical information to the team. Furthermore, this role involves developing community medical resources, identifying healthcare providers to meet individual health needs, and acting as a liaison between various healthcare entities.
