- Monday- Friday; Full-Time non-exempt employee.
- Paid time off up to 18 days a year including 10 holidays.

The LIFE assistant works in collaboration with the DS Staff to coordinate client services, train staff, and ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards. This role emphasizes creating resource efficiencies, delivering high-quality, person-centered support, and fostering client independence and empowerment. The Assistant actively promotes the organization's mission, participates in capacity-building initiatives, and upholds a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
