- Provide direct job coaching and support to individuals employed in community workplaces.
- Help clients develop vocational skills and workplace success strategies.
- Advocate for clients and support their growth toward greater independence.
- Collaborate with employers, families, and support teams.
- Encourage, motivate, and celebrate client achievements. ### Schedule This is a**part-time position (up to 29 hours per week)**. Hours are based on client needs and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and occasional schedule changes with 24-hour notice. ### What We\'re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, special education, teaching, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver\'s license required.
