- Oversee the growth and development of individuals with developmental disabilities through data analysis, program planning, and implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to skills trainers through mentoring, observation, and feedback
- Assist with client needs in times of crisis using de-escalation techniques and positive support.
- Provide support when staffing issues occur **Requirements:**
- Bachelor\'s degree in special education, early childhood special education, speech, and\
occupational therapy, social work, or therapeutic recreation. the
Human Services Field or\
bachelor\'s degree and successful completion of any designated competency examination.
- 5 years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Ability to train, lead, and inspire staff.
