Are you searching for a fulfilling role that provides you with an opportunity to help people with disabilities develop skills such as communication, job training, and daily living activities from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm?

As an Employment and Community Services Specialist (ECSS), your main role will be to work collaboratively with a team to provide personalized support to meet the diverse needs of the individuals we serve. Your daily routine may vary, but there is a set of basic responsibilities that you can expect to perform based on the needs of the person or people you are supporting. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respectful Toileting Assistance: Provide support for individuals who need help with using the restroom or changing, always prioritizing their comfort and dignity.
  • Culinary Assistance: Assist in basic cooking, meal preparation, and feeding individuals in need of support.
