Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Land Development Civil Engineer to join our land development team. In this role, you will lead and support land development projects from conceptual planning through design and construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of land development initiatives.
- Manage civil engineers, architects, and government agencies
- Utilize GIS and ArcGIS tools for spatial analysis, mapping, and data management to support project planning and decision-making
- Coordinate construction management activities including scheduling, estimating costs with construction estimating tools, overseeing construction inspection, and ensuring quality control.
- Prepare technical documentation such as reports, specifications, construction plans, and system design documents with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress, manage project scope changes, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
Experience required:
- A dgree in civil engineering or civil related experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project scheduling and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles related to site development.
- Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and quality assurance practices during project execution.
- Experience in preparing technical reports and documentation for regulatory agencies or client review.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $87,307.33 per year
