DAC is a multi-disciplinary architecture and development firm built on the belief that great projects begin with great relationships. We blend 20 years of industry expertise with each client’s unique vision, guiding projects from master planning through design and construction administration. Since 2020, we’ve delivered over 400 acres of sites and more than 2 million square feet across industries, with projects ranging from 800 to over 300,000 square feet. The Role

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for architecture and an eagerness to continue learning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute meaningfully across all phases of project delivery, from concept through construction administration, with direct mentorship from experienced architects in a supportive team-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop design solutions and produce architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate with engineering consultants, integrating Civil, MEP, and Structural documents
• Incorporate redlines and revisions from project reviews accurately and efficiently
• Support the production of renderings and visual presentations
• Support construction administration through site visits, RFI management, and submittals
• Research materials, products, and manufacturers to inform design and specifications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 1-3 years of architectural experience
• Proficiency or solid working knowledge of Revit
• Basic familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and materials
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and genuinely eager to grow
