The Role
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for architecture and an eagerness to continue learning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute meaningfully across all phases of project delivery, from concept through construction administration, with direct mentorship from experienced architects in a supportive team-first environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop design solutions and produce architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, integrating Civil, MEP, and Structural documents
- Incorporate redlines and revisions from project reviews accurately and efficiently
- Support the production of renderings and visual presentations
- Support construction administration through site visits, RFI management, and submittals
- Research materials, products, and manufacturers to inform design and specifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 1-3 years of architectural experience
- Proficiency or solid working knowledge of Revit
- Basic familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and genuinely eager to grow
