Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote childhood development.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and ongoing evaluations to tailor instruction to individual needs.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the educational journey of each child.
- Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development, sharing best practices, and enhancing teaching methodologies.
- Teach physical education as part of the holistic development of students.
- Maintain classroom organization, manage resources effectively, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Skills :
