Responsibilities

- Provide direct therapy sessions for pediatric patients, including those in early intervention programs, focusing on developmental milestones and functional communication skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, educators, and caregivers—to ensure cohesive patient care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercises and strategies to support ongoing communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare standards.
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
