DevCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an on-site contract role in Nashville, TN. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, updating and maintaining medical records, coordinating with healthcare teams, administering medications accurately, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves patient advocacy, health education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Expertise in patient care, including monitoring, assessment, and treatment implementation.
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, medication administration, and healthcare compliance.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and utilizing healthcare information systems.
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills in a clinical environment.
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee with good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience acceptable.
- BLS/ACLS certification (as applicable) and prior clinical nursing experience required.
- Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is a plus.
