Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Paralegal specializing in expungement, based in Indianapolis, IN. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with legal document preparation, performing research, reviewing legal documents, and ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. Effective communication and collaboration with legal teams, clients, and relevant parties will be essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of law and expungement processes
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review
- Excellent research skills to gather and analyze relevant case information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
- Paralegal certification or relevant education is preferred
- Experience in a legal or administrative support role is an advantage
