Job Title : Security Architect - Cloud Engineer
Location: Columbia SC -Hybrid (3 days per month onsite)
Duration: Long term
Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2)
Responsibilities:
- 10 years infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or architecture
- 8 years technical architecture
- 5-7 years AWS (IAM, Organizations, Networking Architectures, Cost Mgmt controls, etc.)
- 3-5 years Azure (RBAC, Azure AD, Networking Architectures, Cost Mgmt controls, etc.)
- 3-7 years enterprise cloud architecture or governance
- 3-5 years Terraform and infrastructure as a code
- 3-5 years cloud migrations and platform operations
- 3 years technical leadership and knowledge transfer
- Public Cloud infrastructure expertise
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in Terraform infrastructure as code, understanding of scaling technologies and solutions, experience with AWS or
- other clouds, familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container platforms, security, penetration testing and threat detection tools, and experience wServiceNow, Datadog, Dome9, and/or Aviatrix.
- Background in DevOps, Software Development, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience with configuration management and continuous deployment
Certification AWS and\or Azure certifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems and 8 years of technical architecture experience and relevant hands-on engineering.
