What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floral Delivery & Customer Care Associate position at Devault Floral?
Do you have great energy, a friendly attitude, and enjoy being on the go? We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat Delivery Driver to help us deliver flowers and smiles all across Lubbock!
This position is more than just driving: you’ll be one of the faces of Devault Floral, helping us create a great customer experience from the moment flowers leave the shop to the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver floral arrangements safely and promptly to customers
- Navigate delivery routes efficiently and stay on schedule
- Load and unload flowers and gifts with care
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready to go
- Help with light shop duties when needed (sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, washing buckets, etc.)
- Represent Devault Floral with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and great customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Friendly, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Delivery driving experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work independently and stay productive during slower times
