Ability to obtain the required government security clearance (CBP Final).This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days per week onsite in Ashburn, Virginia.Dev Technology Group is hiring a Project Analyst to serve on the leadership team of the company's largest contract. The successful candidate will understand the software development process, have a high degree of flexibility and the desire to contribute to a wide variety of tasks, and be willing to learn new tools, processes and business domains. This is a highly collaborative role, working with the Program Manager, Operations Manager and Delivery Leads. What You'll Be Doing: This role will update project plans, create dashboards, run reports, set up interviews, provide quality checks, generate statistics to help manage the teams. You may also contribute to the financial management support.Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of applicable work experienceExperience working on a software development projectKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelDemonstrated understanding of project management tasksDemonstrated experience gathering and analyzing informationInterest in identifying and implementing process improvementsStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of client, technical and back-office personnel verbally and in writingExcellent relationship building capability – ability to apply logical thinking and diplomacy to resolve complex issues with a mutually beneficial resultDesire to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking, organization and attention to detail in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:Prior experience as a project analyst on a software development projectPrior experience working for the federal government Who We AreDev Technology is a growing IT company with an employee-centric culture that works on mission-critical projects for the federal government.
