Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Esthetician to join our small team at our Roswell location and elevate the guest experience through expert skincare, beauty treatments, and personalized consultations. In this role, you will deliver a small range of facial services, including microdermabrasion, LED therapy, nano-infusion, and chemical peels. Your enthusiasm for beauty and wellness will inspire clients to look and feel their best while fostering a welcoming environment that emphasizes exceptional customer service.

Must be available on two Saturdays out of the month and a minimum of two weekdays per week.

Duties

• Perform professional skincare services such as facials, microdermabrasion, nano-infusion, LED therapy, and chemical peels.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans using knowledge of color theory and product ingredients.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their results and satisfaction.
• Operate salon management software for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations and salon protocols.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, managing bookings via salon software, handling inquiries via social media management tools, and supporting guest services initiatives.
• Upsell retail products and additional treatments through effective communication skills while ensuring clients receive tailored recommendations aligned with their needs.
• Support social media management efforts by creating engaging content to promote services, specials, and client success stories.
• Collaborate with team members on management tasks such as inventory control and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician in a beauty or spa environment with a strong portfolio of skincare treatments.
• GA License in Esthetics from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of social media platforms for managing promotional content effectively.
• Experience with retail sales techniques, including upselling skincare products and treatment packages.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
