The Sales Support Associate will play a key role in connecting project finance consultants with existing financial partners, uncovering opportunities for future collaboration, and supporting the planning and execution of small-scale interactive events across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to a curated list of known partners, with the goal of nurturing relationships and identifying future opportunities.
- Schedule, coordinate, and support logistics for industry conferences and smaller customer events and meetings nationwide.
- Assist the sales team with research, preparation, and follow-up related to client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, customer communications, and event details in CRM systems.
- Support the team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer relations, or event coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support customer events.
