ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

- Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.
Assistant General Manager (AGM) qualifications:
- Enjoys working with employees and Guests.
- Has the ability to learn and perform every function well.
- Be accurate.
- Be organized.
- Has a sense of urgency.
- Has great Guest service skills.
- Be able to motivate employees.
- Has computer skills.
- Be ServSafe® certified (or locally recognized certification).
- Lead by example.
- Ability to become general manager.
Assistant General Manager duties:
- Performs General Manager's duties in General Manager's absence.
- Supervises the operation of the restaurant and directs and coordinates all staff.
- Receives and checks in all deliveries.
- Monitors inventory levels and informs General Manager what is needed.
- Supervises door-hanging crews.
- Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction.
- Makes sure restaurant is kept clean.
- Dispatches orders to drivers.
- Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
