Detroit Sponge & Chamois Co. – Wixom, MI
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience and reliability)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours/week)
No nights. No weekends. Fixed weekly schedule.

Detroit Sponge & Chamois Co. is a third-generation, family-owned distributor that has been serving professional window cleaners and contractors for over 85 years. We're a small team that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and shipping orders accurately and on time.
We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Order Picker & Packer who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a close-knit team where everyone's contribution matters.
This is a part-time position with additional hours available during our busy season.
What You'll Do
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Pack shipments for UPS and other carriers
- Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves
- Assemble and package select products
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Accuracy is just as important as speed. Every order you prepare represents our company and helps keep our customers' businesses running.

Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
- Be on your feet throughout the day
- Regular bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Approximately 24 hours per week
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Additional hours may be available during our busy season
