Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain efficiency
- Oversee cleaning, laundry across the property
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and facilities to ensure quality control
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to maintain a safe working environment
- Support guest requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Develop work schedules that align with occupancy levels and operational needs while ensuring adequate staffing levels
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong background in cleaning,laundry services, and commercial cleaning operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment
- Experience with hotel or hospitality management practices is highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety standards related to chemical handling and equipment use in cleaning environments
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality service standards
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
